  • Overview

    The primary mission for the Talent Acquisition Sourcer on the People Operations team is to create a talent pool of potential candidates for Kinney Group’s core professional services’ teams. The successful team member will contribute to all areas of People Operations; however, the focus for this colleague will be on the following core activities: 

    • Source candidates using all available methods for currently open and future Kinney Group opportunities
    • Create and execute communication and social media campaigns which drive interest in future employment with Kinney Group
    • Strategize short and long-term blogging strategies to build a library of resources for potential recruits
    • Track and report applicable analytics and candidate feedback to quickly identify deficiencies and resolve them
    • Develop and implement a pre-interview engagement process to solicit and pitch candidates before and after a suitable position has been identified 
    • Map potential candidates to open requisitions and hand-off to appropriate recruiters for next steps
    • Serve as a brand ambassador for Kinney Group’s unique value proposition and employment brand; significant liaison work with our internal Communications team will be required
    • Engage in community activities which attract top talent of interest to Kinney Group for our growth goals
    • Become an expert on the core technology solutions that Kinney Group delivers 
    • Be well versed in using Applicant Tracking tools (ICIMS preferred), social media and all MS tools
    • Demonstrate technical savvy and research capabilities in executing sourcing strategies
    • Hone excellent writing, quick wit, negotiatingand persuasion skills to keep candidates engaged in the talent acquisition process
    • Work as a member of a team by supporting all colleagues and contributing to the success of all People Operations endeavors

    The ideal candidate will have solid technical aptitude, impactful written and verbal communication skills, tenacious and innovative approach to work assignments, willingness to take on new or unfamiliar tasks with a bias to action, and a passion for People Operations.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 2+ years of successful talent acquisition, sourcing and branding experience; education and internship experience may substitute for work experience 
    • BS degree in Business, HR, Marketing or Communications preferred 
    • Natural curiosity and aptitude within information technology 
    • Proven ability to communicate directly and influence decisions verbally and through written communication 
    • Innate drive to focus on performance and results in a metrics-driven, team environment 
    • Quick adaptation to various personalities and styles
