As the Account Development Representative (ADR), you’re on the front lines helping to drive the sales team to victory by developing a key territory. Your playbook to win: by following world-class inside sales model best practices. You will execute successful demand generation campaigns targeting technology-specific cloud solutions sales to Fortune 2000 and/ or federal agencies. Successful ADRs at Kinney Group:

  • Provide a technical knowledge of identified platforms and a deep understanding of Kinney Group’s business value to customers by completing the vendor trainings provided within 90 days of hire
  • Meet quota of 10 account registrations monthly
  • Execute call and email campaigns to acquire new business targets
  • Utilize to manage all sales activities
  • Support sales teams goals via telephone solicitation and internet research
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Kinney Group’s unique value proposition and aid in the delivery of the unexpected experience for our customers. 

As an ideal ADR candidate, you will exceed in a goal-driven environment with focus on researching accounts and executing successful call campaigns that generate successful appointments and registered opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of successful experience in an inside sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent writing and telephone presentation skills

  • A savvy intellect that is quick to identify and act on market opportunities
